This fine Victorian Pumping Station (Grade II* Listed) was built between 1870 and 1873. The imposing building is set in 5.5 acres of landscaped grounds including the picturesque ornamental lake. The Tower Suite itself has outstanding character and retains many original features - ultimately, one of the best and most original venues in Nottinghamshire.
The Tower Suite is situated on the first floor with three sides of the room overlooking the picturesque lake and grounds. It is fully accessible by both lift and stairs for all your guests’ convenience. The fully air conditioned room benefits from private bar and rest room facilities, sprung dance floor and can seat formally up to a maximum of 110 guests.
Lakeside is also licensed to conduct Civil Wedding and Partnership Ceremonies in the magnificent Tower Suite, creating the ideal atmosphere for couples to exchange their vows. Combine the ceremony and wedding breakfast at Lakeside and you have the perfect combination and setting for an unforgettable day.

Within our Wedding Brochure you will find all of our Wedding Breakfast and Evening Buffet menus, our suggested Drinks Packages and full details of our four table packages plus suggested extras for you to consider.
All of our prices are fully inclusive of VAT at the current rate and are applicable for the year stated. We hope that our brochure makes it easy for you to budget for your big day all of our menus and drinks packages are charged on a per head basis.
To budget for your day with us simply add the cost of all of your requirements including the Civil Ceremony, Room Hire and DJ fees if applicable plus any upgrades that you may choose.
